“I put a review on her the other day about a mug I'd ordered for my husband When it arrived it was totally not what I was expecting the colour was so dark you couldn't see the logo that was printed on it So sent a email to the company explaining That the mug was very dark etc. Today I received a reply, stating I may have been sent a magic mug So I was told to fill the mug up with hot water and the logo will become visible and low and behold it did So I amend my previous review and have given it 4 stars🌟 instead of the 1 star. I'd given previously . And to say that I'm very happy with the mug. Thank you Ibby.”

“thank you for bearing with me.. eventually I was able to place an order.. my difficulty was part antagonised by the web page running slowly .. once done everything worked well now happy with my absurdist mug”

“My order arrived promptly and without any problems. The colour of the item was not as I thought but accept that when ordering online this is often the case. However, it was acceptable and the item - t/shirt - otherwise was really good”

“I ordered a mug for my husband When it arrived it was a very dark colour on the out side. And the logo I wanted on was not ,well you can't see it , I would have thought they would a have printed the logo in a brighter Colour so it could be seen . So I'm quite disappointed with the result. This is the first time I've used this company and may be the last”
