“I got photo mugs sent to the recipient so I haven't seen them but both recipients tell me they look brilliant. I did make a mistake with the address on one of the orders which delayed it in the post a bit and so I had to contact customer services and found them very responsive. Very pleased and would use them again. The one with the correct address arrived in the timeframe given when I ordered despite it being over the busy Christmas period”
