“Ordered a mug. Despite being bubble wrapped and in a stout cardboard box, on arrival the handle was broken (delivered by Royal Mail). Immediately emailed Printster and within half an hour received a reply, offering a refund or replacement. Elected the replacement as happy with the mug, bar the broken handle.”
