“Extremely poor service delivery took 2 weeks and even that they didn't followed instructions for postage.I asked where my item was and they said I have to chase with royal mail directly. Wouldn't order again. Item still not recieved.”

Hi Priya, Thank you for your feedback and we can only apologise this did not arrive in the timeframe expected. I can see we were in contact and confirmed delivery address etc, the next step when orders are delayed is to contact Royal Mail directly as we are not able to. As the order has surpassed the 10 working day delivery wait, we would class this as lost therefor we can issue a replacement or refund. Please can you get in touch and we can organise for you. “Quality of item is good, delivery was good. Was a little disappointed that the mat was a little smaller than I thought it was going to be. I would make the suggestion that the mat would be a bit more practical if it was slightly bigger.”

“Incredible efficient service. I received my order only 2 days after placing it online. The masks ( printed of pictures provided) came out great and made for a good laugh during my sister's wedding. Everyone loved them. Highly recommend this company - great service!”

“Very good and well run company. They even emailed me to let me know the postal workers on strike May delay my item. I don’t think it did and I let them know I had received it. I would use them again as the personalised birthday wrap was so great!”
