“My t-shirt was fine, although my friend ordered the same t-shirt on the same day and her picture was very blurry and the lettering very faint. When she complained no offer of a replacement or refund, so customer service when things go wrong is poor. I think it's luck whether you get what you pay for.”

“Used the same image from the same computer as my friend, but the image on my T-shirt compared to hers was blurry. Can’t understand how this can happen? Type on my T-shirt was more faded than hers too, we had the same colour, the same image, the same computer. No offer of a refund/part refund even though comparison pictures were sent. Only explanation given was my image had less resolution, which frankly can’t be true. Reason for faded type face “it’s hard to say “. Conclusion: it’s a lottery what you will receive.”

“Excellent service. Website easy to use and personalisation straightforward. Quality of wrapping paper was superb. P&P costs again excellent. I looked at other websites and they were outrageous. Well packaged securely in a tube. Highly recommend.”
