“Came on time and great deal on offer as I wanted 4 coasters made in time for Xmas. Much better deal than high street shops. Only downside to having an online purchase is not being able to speak to someone about photo quality before paying”

“Tried to make a personalised photo card. Took around 10 attempts as the page would randomly refresh or not select photos as required. I expected photos to be printed on photo card or a better quality paper but was very blurry and not high quality as expected.”

“The item did not arrive as described, I ordered a coaster and most of the text was missing. That said when they contacted me and asked for a review, they immediately refunded me when I sent a picture of the item and said I’d got it done again elsewhere. Mistakes happen but how they corrected it was very good and so below 3 stars would not have been fair.”

“Ordered last minute due to not knowing what to get as a secret Santa gift. Bought personalised mugs with photo option, was so easy to create and order. Paid a small extra fee for prompt next day delivery and you did NOT disappoint! Quality of products were excellent, they made a fantastic gift and the recipients loved them. Will definitely use you again and would most definitely recommend you. Fabulous service!”

“Easy to use website and I had a good reply email to my query about the measurements of the t-shirts (before I completed my order). The measurements are of the t-shirts, not the person's body. It was a busy time (around two weeks before Christmas), but the reply came in three days and the t-shirts arrived in time for Christmas. Thank you”
