Hi Sarah, Thank you for you review and sorry the item has not arrived with you yet. I can confirm we have received your order and this was completed and sent on 31/10. International orders can take up to 20 working days to arrive and as the method chosen for delivery is untracked we are not able to provide any further information on when this will be arriving.
