“I ordered four coasters as a gift for a couple to take back to India as I thought this would be a small present to take. The coasters featured four photographs of their grandchildren and the printing and presentation of these coasters were excellent. The colours were bright and the coasters hard-wearing and they were delighted with them, as was I. Excellent service as I ordered them as a last thought and they arrived in time for them to take with them.”

“Extremely poor service delivery took 2 weeks and even that they didn't followed instructions for postage.I asked where my item was and they said I have to chase with royal mail directly. Wouldn't order again. Item still not recieved.”

Hi Priya, Thank you for your feedback and we can only apologise this did not arrive in the timeframe expected. I can see we were in contact and confirmed delivery address etc, the next step when orders are delayed is to contact Royal Mail directly as we are not able to. As the order has surpassed the 10 working day delivery wait, we would class this as lost therefor we can issue a replacement or refund. Please can you get in touch and we can organise for you. “Quality of item is good, delivery was good. Was a little disappointed that the mat was a little smaller than I thought it was going to be. I would make the suggestion that the mat would be a bit more practical if it was slightly bigger.”
