“Ordered a personalised mug, coaster and gift box. Order arrived quickly although unfortunately my order came without the coaster. However the customer service was excellent, they offered to either send the coaster out or refund for it. I chose to be refunded as it was too near Christmas. Refund was done easily and quickly and would have no hesitation in ordering again. Fantastic service all round.”

“I began to worry as I had seen the recent bad reviews after I had purchased a mug and photo coaster from printster.Turns out I had nothing to worry about the products were great and the delivery was very quick even though it was right before Christmas. Thought I better write this review when I received and email promt. Just so it's fair to the company as they did well by me. Thanks Printster”
