“Requested refund for my order as the pictures are blurry/very poorly printed and the actual print is uneven. Nowhere in my order process did it flag my photos as being low quality and I have used the same photos on other sites with no issue. The main flaw is how uneven the print is (ending closer to the handle on one side than the other) which is a flaw on your part. Haven't received any response from their live chat either they've simply ignored me. Do not use this company.”

“Thank you Printster. I ordered 3 key ringss to a friend abroad who had her wedding pictures on it. She was absolutely delighted with them them and they arrived on time.. Would highly recommend”

“My original order of four coasters arrived and the quality was poor. After a conversation with a team member and an email containing the original images sent, they agreed to reprint them and the new coasters were much better. If you get a problem it’s always best to bring it to their attention.”

“My card never turned up. I emailed a few times and they sent second one which didn't turn up either so I missed my friends birthday and got a refund.”

“Very poor - paid £6.29 for express delivery (delivery estimated in two days) on some birthday bunting which nine days later, still hasn't arrived and so the item is pointless as the birthday has passed. Can't comment on the quality as I never received it - contacted them but they will only refund on the shipping. Avoid!”

“You saved my bacon, I accidentally broke my housemate's mug and was able to order him a nearly identical replacement! Paid extra for express next day delivery, but the delivery was late, feel a bit scammed.”
