“I ordered 18 mugs over 5 orders as Eid gifts from my daughter and each and every mug was great quality and the photos were perfect. The service was very quick. 1 of the mugs was totally broken but was replaced immediately. Thank you very much for a brilliant customer service and thanks to charlotte for the prompt replies to all my emails. Would definately order again”

“Brilliant service and mugs looked great! Just a note for delivery I would mark as fragile as Royal Mail dropped over my side gate which is 6ft! Luckily you had done a good job on packing and all was ok!!!!”
