“Quality of picture on the mug was faultless, really impressive. My children got the mug for their uncles birthday. He was really touched by the thoughtful gift and only uses his photo mug now for his hot beverages! I would have given it 5 stars but was disappointed in the gift wrapping. I paid more to include that option hoping it would save time on having to gift wrap the mug myself. The mug came in a plain brown cardboard box with some encouraging phrases on the side, very dull looking and not up to the same standard when comparing it to the quality of the mug. Printster needs to put more thought behind the gift wrapping option, so it can be a complete package, gift giving wise.”

“Easy to upload photos to coasters, delivered quickly and recipients of gift loved them. As far as I am aware the quality of the coasters is good, but they only just started using them so can't comment at this stage.”
