“The copy on their site prominently and repeatedly says "Next Day Delivery Available". My experience of this company is that this is not true. After paying an extra £9 for delivery, I have found out they still post products with everything else. It's been three days and still nothing, now it's the weekend, so it's going to be at least five days. This, of course, wouldn't be bad but I needed the product in a pinch and I would not have made the order if their website copy was accurate - they're falsely advertising their service.”
