“Ordered a photo mug. It arrived via Royal Mail with the handle broken despite being seemingly adequately wrapped and boxed. Immediate email to Printster, which was teplied to within 30 minutes, offering a refund or replacement. Requested replacement arrived promptly and in one piece. Good product and excellent service”
