“Ordered a photo mask and it arrived quickly and was in secure packaging so this didn’t get damaged in postal. Mask was brilliant and got the giggles we hoped for bringing the person who couldn’t make the holiday with us in mask form.”

“I ordered for my wifes birthday a personalised mug and coaster and they were both perfect!! The quality of the pictures on them were both much better than i thought they would be, the delivery was great and i couldn't fault it. I'll use and recommend you guys again!”

“Despite my order getting lost in the post, upon contacting Prinster they immediately sent out a replacement via 24hr recorded deliver so I had my items for the event we had planned. Great customer service!!!!!”

“Mug and images very clear but a logo shows up with a white background but on the mug it’s grey, I did email the company asking for a reprint as there was not a grey border on my picture, they said the picture shows a grey border and won’t send another cup, I’ve now asked for a refund and return address but no reply as yet”

“I initially tried on-line to set out the wording as I expected it to be displayed, it kept on telling me too many letters. Once I had realised that you just state the wording and Prinster's system set out the display it worked. Pleased with the result on a mug and a coaster. Vic Prior August 2024”
