“We needed to replace our ageing ink jet printer and immediately looked at Printerworld as we have bought from there before. We decided on an EcoTank from Epson. The printer arrived the day after it was ordered with no fuss and was relatively quick to set up. As a bonus we also received £50 cashback which arrived only a week after the printer and also an extended 5 year warranty for no extra cost. To date the printer has behaved as it should and we are happy with both the printer and the supplier.”

“I needed a new printer for small office use and Printerland had stock of the HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4102fdw; this was delivered in less that 24 hours, which is fantastic service. I have previous experience of HP laser printers, pre wifi, but this model exeeds my expectations with its versatiliy - great printer from Printerland thanks.”

“Went looking for a multifunction laser printer and did all my research, spent time picking and selecting the right shop and brand/model. I felt confident with my choice of shop with Printerland and an amazing Canon model at a bang on price and proceeded to make my purchase, which was also really easy. I then get a phone call from Luke at Printerland to discuss my order and ultimately offered me a better model and larger initial toner which even with the slight increase on price was still cheaper due to the size of the toner. Luke took care of the rest of the process and switched my order around and I didnt have to do anything except for receive and setup my printer which was also a doddle, bonus, I can now print from my phone, which is a novelty for me! Would definitely buy from again but I hope my purchase lasts a long time. 5 stars!”

“I’m so happy with the Xerox B225! I originally looked at a Brother, but the salesperson reached out and recommended this one instead because it works perfectly with my Mac. The delivery was super fast it arrived the next day, well packed, and the setup was a breeze. It prints really quickly, and I’ve got extra peace of mind with the 3 year warranty. Great purchase!”

“After being very let down by John Lewis who cancelled my order without notice (apparently printer damaged in transit, but rather than replace it they just cancelled the order and did not tell me). I found Printerland, ordered with free delivery, arrive the next day. Love the printer and am very happy with the service. They even contacted me to make sure it had arrived safely and I was happy. Great customer service, thank you Printerland”

“I have not used Printerland before, but from my recent experience, they will be my first choice next time I need printer assessories. The website was clear and easy to use and the prices reasonable. I needed to purchase printer heads for an HP 7305 and also 4 bottles of ink. All arrived the next day, which surprised me.....after all it was not Amazon Prime! All is now fitted and the ink quality is excellent, and just like the original HP bundled package. The only problem I had was when refilling the Magenta tank, the bottle seal failed which made quite a mess. That said, I salvaged most of the ink, cleaned things up and used another cap and seal from one of the other bottles. Overall, I am most impressed with Printerland and would heartily recommend them.”
