“i ordered a printer one evenoing and recieved a phone call the next morning to say that the printer i ordered had been superceeded and they had the newer model, explained what the differences were and how the newer modelwas better, also offered a redution in the price. Printer arrived the next day. Service and customer support is excellent.”

“Super helpfull, ordered a printer online, and then got a call to check my needs and ended up getting a differnet and cheaper printer follwoing the advice and superb service. Then got another call a week or so later to make sure all was working well. Can't fault them at all.”
