“Great service. I originally ordered a different printer and this was soon to be end of line. Printerland contacted me and receommended a different printer that was more compatible and cheaper. Delivery was fast (next day) at no extra cost.”

“I ordered my Brother Laser Printer from Printerland, not only becuase they had very good reviews, but the price was significantly cheaper than anywhere else. Once I'd ordered online, I was called by a very helpful sales rep (Luke), who went through all the features of the priner with me to make sure I was aware of the possible sortcomings of the printer, and offering to direct me to others at the same price that might be more suitable. I was also kept up to date with the delivery time, so that I could make sure I was at home when the printer arrived. Altogether a very good experience. I can definitley recommend Printerland.”

“I was able to naviagate the website with ease. I did price comparisons and decided to place my order with Printerland based on price, speed of delivery and good customer service reviews. I have not been disappointed. My item arrived when I expected it to - quick delivery from time of ordering. The product is as described. “Service was Amazing, ordered at 15:30 but 15:45 i recieved a call to say there was an upgrade available if I wanted to have that instead to which I agreed. By 11:00 the next morning my item was delivered. Great personal touch from the company and extremely efficient.”

“What can I say apart from outstanding service from start to finish. I ordered the printer on at 11:48 on the 3rd June, at a cheaper price than many of Printerland's competitors, and it was delivered on 4th June. I received an email early on the morning of 4th June with a tracking link and the printer was delivered in the 4 hour time frame that day. I will be buying from Printerland again and highly recommend them!”

“I spoke to Printerland re a Brother printer, I had a specific techinal question so they gave me the Brother Support team number (who answered me promptly)they then re-aasured me that unlike EPSON their users are not held to ransom with a charge for the waste ink pad counter reset. I subsequently bought a DCP T780DW and a spare set of inks (it's an in tank model) I bought at Lunchtime on a Wednesday and both items were delivered first thing next day...well packaged and no issues Setup was simple and painless as a wifi network printer...print is very fast and decentt quality, scanner works fine too. The only fly in the ointment is my network has one old legacy Win7 machine on it and Brother Drivers only go back to Win 10, such is life.”
