“Very happy with the excellent helpful service from Printerland. I'd already researched colour laser printers and had an idea of the model I wanted. I ended up on Printerland website whose prices were seemingly the best I could find and ordered the Brother model of choice. I received a call from a J Smith shortly after just checking my order and he politely suggested an alternative model by Xerox might be a better choice for my needs and explained why for various reasons. He was absolutely right and the Xerox model came with better perks (a better warranty and a free black toner which need to claimed from manufacturer). He also gave me a very slightly better price than advertised. Just outstanding and helpful service which is rare these days. Ill return to Printerland for future needs and toner refills etc.”

“Bought a printer from a well know company and had nothing but trouble as they sent the wrong one. I then went to Printerland, they had great information on the type of printer I wanted and at a good price too. I was kept informed of the delivery and all went smoothly, I will definately be using Printerland again for the consumables.”

“Really great experience with Printerland. Delivery was super quick and exactly when they said it would arrive. Price was one of the best I found as well. Everything worked straight out of the box with no hassle, which is always a win. What I liked most though was that they actually followed up afterwards to check everything was good with the order – you don’t really see that much anymore. I like dealing with a company that is clearly people behind it rather than just feeling like I am dealing with some corporate entity. I am confident that if i have any issues they would support me. “The website was easy touse and I found the parts I required for my printer very easily. The parts were ordered over the Easter Holidays so I did not expect them to turn up the first day after the holidays. The whole order from start to finish exceeded my expectations.”

“Setting up a new office and with overwhelming choice and buying resources out there Printerland stood out for clear information, ability to compare how options stack up in terms of up front and longer term cost on ink etc. I appreciated good and prompt service and follow up reminder to register warranty, as well as discount to apply to a future order. “I hadn't used my deskjet printer for some weeks when my Grandson said he needed some prints for his homework. No problem I said give me the files and I'll get them done. Hitting the print button revelaved that thhe printer was low on. ink. I got staight on to Printerland and they saved my bacon getting the cartridges I needed to me to urgently to get the job done. Prompt service from Printerland saved the day, Gandad and Grandson very happy. Thank you.”
