“Excellent from start to finish. Good website, excellent information, really helpful for decision making. Easy ordering, swift delivery and a great printer with easy set up. “Superb service!! I placed an order for a printer and then received a call to chat about my choice and a much better option was offered. Although more costly they matched the price of my original selection. It arrived by lunchtime the next day. I can highly recommend printer land!”

“Good advice provided on new printers and always had good service, with prompt next day delivery. On one occasion the courier messed up and Printerland were happy and quick to re-send new inks with another courier for next day delivery. Can't fault them and happily recommend them for all printer needs.”

“My recent experience of Printerland has been better than anticipated. After taking a long time trying to find the correct printer for my needs, I finally settled on one and ordered it online. The next morning I received communication by both phone and email to discuss the order. I spoke with a very helpful representative who suggested this printer was actually being discontinued, the printer consumables were expensive and he wouldn't recommend it. We discussed my specific needs and settled on a better choice and future toners would be a much more reasonable price. Printer was then ordered and arrived within days. Fantastic service and can't recommend them highly enough. I am very happy with the printer that has arrived!”

“Ordered weekend. Got a call before shipping checking if am sure and happy with printer I was buying and explaining various cost benefits etc. I liked this personal touch and the chat gave me confidence I had chosen correctly and item arrived the next day. Delivered well, unblemished box and it works. And a little bit of after care too to check all was okay. And it is rare I don't use amazon for this but it was notably cheaper than I was able to source it from there so to the the good service too means I'll check here again in future needs.”

“Excelent service, even called to check that we didn't want a slightly cheaper model as it had cashback and only a couple fewer features. They knew all feature details not just resellers. Printer arrived next day and works great. Fully recommend as an honest supplier not just out to get as much mney from you as they can. A breath of fresh air.”

“Very quick confirmation of purchase and prompt delivery. Ordered on 29th December and arrived on 31st. Excellent swift service over the Christmas period, Everything worked as expected and very pleased with purchase. I plan to make further purchases with Printerland as my tomer cartridges are due for replacement soon!”

“I ordered a new printer for our offices and a very reasable price and we also received extended warrenty. The printer was delivered the next day. All in, all a very good and speedy service and initiating the warrenty was also hassle free too. I would highly recommend and use Printerland again in the future.”

“The printer that I ordered, which was a Brother DCP-T580DW which was replacing a well used and loved Brother DCP-J515W, was in stock and with the most competitive price. It is actually even cheaper now! It was delivered promptly and safely at no extra charge. No issues at all.”
