“We found this site online and ordered a printer. Unfortunately, the model we wanted was no longer available, but we were contacted within an hour with this update—something we’ve rarely experienced with other companies. Matthew was incredibly helpful, providing multiple alternatives with detailed information and even offering next-day delivery to prevent any further delays. I did have some questions and went back via email and got a response within 10 minutes. After the delivery, he even contacted us to ensure the item arrived safely and there were no issues, which we really appreciated—especially since getting support from larger companies can be such a challenge. We will definitely be ordering more equipment through them, as we have multiple locations. Their service is well worth it, and their prices are even lower than Amazon.”

“I ordered a printer and was contacted after the order and told about a better printer which due to being on offer was a bit cheaper than the printer I had originally ordered so ended up with something better than I originally ordered. The person who rang me was very helpful and knowledgeable”

“Website is easy to use and navigate. There were multiple options for the ink cartridges I needed to replace and the pricing seemed competitive. Shipping was quick and product arrived in good time. The customer service team also followed up which is great customer service.”

“We have used this company for over 8 years. Very easy to deal with, always ordered online, paid with company credit card, receipt always emailed to us same day. We always had next day delivery, box never arrived damaged. As close to perfect as anyone could expect. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.”
