“Service was Amazing, ordered at 15:30 but 15:45 i recieved a call to say there was an upgrade available if I wanted to have that instead to which I agreed. By 11:00 the next morning my item was delivered. Great personal touch from the company and extremely efficient.”

“What can I say apart from outstanding service from start to finish. I ordered the printer on at 11:48 on the 3rd June, at a cheaper price than many of Printerland's competitors, and it was delivered on 4th June. I received an email early on the morning of 4th June with a tracking link and the printer was delivered in the 4 hour time frame that day. I will be buying from Printerland again and highly recommend them!”

“I spoke to Printerland re a Brother printer, I had a specific techinal question so they gave me the Brother Support team number (who answered me promptly)they then re-aasured me that unlike EPSON their users are not held to ransom with a charge for the waste ink pad counter reset. I subsequently bought a DCP T780DW and a spare set of inks (it's an in tank model) I bought at Lunchtime on a Wednesday and both items were delivered first thing next day...well packaged and no issues Setup was simple and painless as a wifi network printer...print is very fast and decentt quality, scanner works fine too. The only fly in the ointment is my network has one old legacy Win7 machine on it and Brother Drivers only go back to Win 10, such is life.”

“Service/delivery was amazing. Setting up printer was a nightmare for connection to modem. But after that a breeze. Quality 100% I love ink tanks and I've started printing real photos. Amazing quality. Love that printer. Value for money 💰 🤑 is great”

“Printerland were recommended by my IT guy and they were the business. Instant answers in model numbers and updated models. The printer arrived the next day!!! Helpful with questions during set up and nothing seemed too much trouble. Price wise they were also right on the best value. I would recommend them highly and above 100 percent if that were possible. It was my first experience with them.”
