“Great service from Luke. He pointed me to the printer I needed rather than the one I thought I needed, and saved me some money in the process too. Laser Xerox C320 seems like the first reliable printer I’ve owned (previous disappointed inkjet owner) but my first time with Printerland, no hesitation in recommending them, in fact it’s a strong recommendation from me.”

“I recently bought a brother LaserJet printer from printerland and I have been hugely impressed with their service. After shopping around, they had it at a price which was better than any other online. I ordered it, and one of the team pho ned the same afternoon just to check that it met my requirements which I thought was going the extra mile. It then turned up next day as promised, and I had it up and running in no time. I would not hesitate to buy more items from them in the future. Thanks!”

“Bought a laser printer from them which came delivered the next day with no issues. Before they delivered the printer they even called to ask if everything is correct with the order. They messaged shortly after the orer was received to check everything was ok and as expected and if I was happy with the service. It's rare for me to be this complimentary of a company in this day and age, however they provide a great product, at a great price and with great service. I would 100% recommend them and will surely be keeping them in mind anytime I buy printing supplies. Great experience all around :)”

“We placed an order for a replacemnt colour printer, ( the original of which we had purchased from Printerland many years ago) , the day after we ordered it we received a call from Luke who asked us a few questions about our proposed purchase. Luke was very helpful and advised that another printer would better suit our needs. We ordered the printer he recommended and we are extremely satisfied with it.It arrived when we expected it and the print quality is excellent. Ten out of ten for excellent customer service. Having a knowledgable person on the end of a phone cannot be beaten, highly recommend this company.”

“When my old printer broke down, I searched online for a new printer for next-day delivery as a small business using a printer on a daily basis. It was very important to us to get a replacement as soon as possible. We initially ordered a Brother laser printer through Printerland, following which we received a phone call from Printerland offering other options which may be more suitable for our business moving forward. We ended up swapping to a Xerox machine, which was delivered this morning. The machine was incredibly simple to set up and is neat and tidy. Very happy with the purchase. Though it is early days, I think this will suit our business very well. Such service and advice is rare to find these days, and therefore we're incredibly grateful to the sales team at Printerland for their help with this.”
