“Exemplary service from this British company. On Sunday 2nd August I ordered a Canon MF275dw printer from Printerland in Cheshire. I’ve never used them before (my current printer is 21 years old). Apart from the good price, what impressed me was that they phoned me the next day to check I’d made the right choice of printer. This, they told me, is something they do to reduce the likelihood of returns, which seems really sensible. The printer arrived early the next day, as promised. I then got a follow up email to check I’d received it and was happy with their service. Just really good communication. Well done.”

“I bought a Xerox printer from Printerland in 2024 and the service I received was extensive and faultless. I recently ordered a toner cartridge from them and again the product and service I received were excellent. Although I am not a large buyer of printer or associated products I feel that I have been treated with as much care and attention as a major purchaser. I can confidently recommend Printerland, its service, products and pricing.”

“Great Service. The Kyocera printer MA2600cwfx was easy to set up and does a great job. I was particularly keen to have duplex printing and scanning, which this printer provides. This is ideal for a small business.”

“Wasn't really expecting to buy a new printer when I found Printerland, but was becoming frustrated with my existing printer's cartridge ink replacement process which was often messy. Reading about the Epson ink tank range and sophisticated feature set on Printerland's website, I decided to take the plunge, pricing was very competitive, delivery free and quick. It was a really easy buying process and I'd recommend the company to anyone considering a new printer.”

“Printerland had a good range of printers to choose from, particularly the Epson eco tank printers which I had decided on and provided a good amount of detail on the website prior to purchasing. The pricepoint was good and delivery was excellent - the printer arrived the next day before the estimated time and was well packaged. It is now up and running and performing really well. The printing quality is good and the ink tank set-up is easy to use and much more economival than my previous printer. I'm really pleased with my purchase.”
