“I bought my Canon Laserjet from Printerland last year and recently needed to replace the toner cartridge. Having surveyed the internet there was an inevitable array of suppliers, many selling non-branded products. I decided on a Canon product from Printerland, although not the cheapest I recalled having excellent customer service from them in the past. Delivery was efficient and I was kept advised on progress. Matthew since followed up to check I had received the toner replacement, a personal touch which was one better than the routine system generated “how did we do?”. Printerland is a reliable supplier in a world of misleading advertising.”

“Our old printer needed replacing in our office, so after doing some research online we found a great deal on a suitable printer at Printerland. After placing the order, somebody from Printerland gave a call to make sure everything had been smooth for us, and we even received a follow up e-mail to check we'd received the order and we were happy. A brilliant company who we'll definitely use again.”

“Printer received with thanks. We are pleased with the quality and value the input when selecting a printer. I would have blinded purchased another brand, expecting to be able to buy copy toner, where none was available. The advice I received led me to an alternative, which left that option open.”

“I have now placed two orders with Printerland and I can't praise them enough! We are a managed solutions provider and i was looking for a reliable supplier of MFPs, who could supply at a good price to our customers white label The whole process of sourcing the right products, along with knowledge of them (thanks Matthew Ackers!) was painless and simple The ordering process was a cinch and the delivery was next day I honestly can't fault them and a huge thanks goes out, as their good service to us reflects on the service we pride ourselves on, that we provide to our customers We will definitely be sourcing all of our printer products from Printerland!”
