“I was pleased with my experience of buying from Printerland. Despite ordering the printer in the late morning it arrived the next day. I received a confirmation phone call to ensure that I was happy with the functionality of the printer I had purchased. “I have had a great experience ordering my new home printer from Printerland. I accidentally ordered a toner subscription as well as a spare individual toner, a member of the Printerland team phoned me to check this was as intended. I explained I didn't require the subscription I accidentally ordered and he updated my order for me and my printer and toner were quickly dispatched. This foresight of checking my order really made a good impression. After a few days I received a follow up email to make sure I was happy and everything was working as expected. Fantastic customer service and aftercare, a rarity these days it feels. Highly recommended from my experience, I will return once I need more toner :D”

“Used Printerland for first time, ordered a printer and was contacted the next day from Printerland to advise that there was a better alternative being cheaper and also cheaper per printed page and associated toners etc. opted to take this advice and the printer was delivered promptly and fully satisfied my requirements. Many thanks and would recommend them”

“Always get amazing service from Printerland. They always check in after an order to check it arrived on time and in on piece. Once, when my package went missing, they left no stone unturned trying to track it down, even though it wasn't their fault.”

“Excellent Service and next day delivery. Cusotmer Service called me to make sure I had ordered correctly before despatching goods which is first class service. Do not get that anywhere else. Printer arrived next day and courier was on time and took care of the delivery, didnt just drop and run. All round 100% and will always use these guys above anyone else.”

“Purchased a printer a few years ago ( from printerland obviously) just recently bought new cartridges for the printer, they were in a day and a half. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my printing needs. Thanks printerland.”

“I've bought two Xerox printers from Printerland and on both occasions I was very happy with both their service and the product. In particular, they advised me to switch from the original printer I was looking to buy to the Xerox that I ended up with, as it had both lower running costs and lower price, whilst providing all the features I needed. I'm pleased to recommend them.”
