“Very impressive service. Easy to compare printer models and useful videos to help compare differences. Once order placed online I received a phone call to confirm that I wanted the Xerox C320 printer and not a MFD. Printer arrived the next day. If only all companies were as good as this.”

“I have a small company. I purchased my printer from Printerland about five years ago and I have needed printer consumables about once a year since then. Every time I have found the Printerland website easy to navigate, the products reasonably priced and (most importantly for me) the delivery very prompt. On a couple of occasions I have used Printerland's customer service team for advice and despite being an infrequent customer I felt I was treated as if my business is as important as anyone's. (I've re-read what I've just written and think it might sound a bit like I'm a bot - but genuinely I cannot fault Printerland!)”

“Randomly ordered a new printer after a google search, with price being the only real concern as it's for very limited use. I got not one but two follow up phone calls re this (the second one of which I managed to answer) and it was Printerland just confirming that I was aware that the printer I'd ordered wasn't 100% Mac compatible? I wasn't - and that potentially saved me a world of pain. They sourced me another machine which completely matched my needs and even saved me a few pounds in the process. Exceptional service - did not just take the money and run.”

“The delivery was extremely prompt. I received a phone call very shortly after ordering. My choice wasn't a big seller and they wanted to check I would be satified with my choice. I gave my reasons and it seemed the right option to meet my criteria. They have since followed up with email communication to check it was received and if I had any issues.”

“I eventually bought a Xerox C235 after speaking with Mathew, who called me once my order went in, to ensure I was getting the best and most economical printer for my budget and needs. The Xerox was easy to set up, I am thankful for the advice, and excellent and prompt service I received. I would highly recommend printerland (Matt) should you require a new printer. Good prices also. 👍🏻”

“I had a great experience purchasing a new printer from printerland. After selecting a printer online and paying for it, printerland contacted me and kindly suggested a slightly different model that was £40 cheaper (but essentially the same printer). After agreeing I was immediately refunded the difference and the printer turned up the very next day. Fantastic customer service, will definitely use them again!”

“As a senior citizen, computers are not my thing but I needed a new printer. Printerland came up early in my search, their site was easy to navigate and the advice given just what I needed. The printer arrived when they said it would. In short a very good all round consumer experience, great service, and I would certainly use them again, which is why I am writing this review - a thing I don't normally do.”

“I was looking for a Brother Printer and Printerland had a large range at keen prices and with rapid quoted delivery times. After selecting an appropriate model I easily placed my order and the printer arrived in good condition two days later, which was impressive considering I am in the North East of Scotland. A Printerland Employee also reached out to me to outline possible deals for replacement ink, but without any pushy sales tactics. I must admit to being thoroughly impressed with Printerland and I would consider using them again in the future.”

“After a good number of years of sterling service from our previous Xerox printer it reached the end of its life so, of course, we went back to Printerland once again. The new printer, a Xerox C325 was speedily delivered, as were the high capacity toner cartridges ordered a couple of days later. As ever the service in response to both online order and subsequent telephone contact was efficient and friendly.”
