“I ordered a laser printer from Printerland after some brief research, primarily choosing them because they offered the best price. I got contacted by an advisor who asked why I had chosen this particular printer and recommended a better choice for me: lower purchase price, lower running cost, and equivalent capabilities. I was impressed with the level of customer service, which you would not get from larger online retailers. My order was updated effortlessly and the price difference refunded. The printer arrived the following day, quicker than I expected, and the set-up was easy. I recommend this company for its competitive pricing, excellent customer service and fast delivery.”

“Outstanding service from start to finish! I recently purchased a Canon MAXIFY GX4050 from Printerland, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The delivery was incredibly fast, and the printer arrived brand new and very neatly packaged. What really stood out to me, however, was their after-sales service. Shortly after delivery, a representative proactively contacted me just to check if the product had arrived safely and to ensure everything was working perfectly. This clearly indicates the high-quality customer care that people expect from a company but rarely see these days. I greatly appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend buying from them!”

“This is the first time that I have used Printerland, I found the price for my Epson printer very competitive, the best that I could find, especially with website discount. I also looked at the future costs, the refills (both original and own brand) were competitive. The delivery was very quick and item arrived within 2 business days. I received a nice follow up email to check that everything was okay which was a nice touch. Not too often you get competitive price and good customer service. Really happy soo far and would use them again. Great work!”

“I ordered a Canon G3590 printer from Printerland one day and it arrived promptly as promised the following day packed securely. The price from Printerland for this printer was very competitive so an excellent service from this company all round. I would certainly recommend Printerland.”
