“I had an outstanding experience with this company from start to finish. The level of customer service was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and genuinely focused on meeting my needs. Every interaction felt professional yet personal, which made a big difference. The quality of the product/service exceeded my expectations. It was clear that great attention to detail and high standards were a priority. Everything was delivered exactly as promised, and in some ways, even better than anticipated. What stood out most was the consistency—excellent communication, timely delivery, and a clear commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find a company that gets both service and quality right, but they truly do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others and will definitely be returning in the future.”

“I have used Printerland for many years now and have found the service faultless every time. I recieved an email reminding me that the cartridge on our printer was soon to run out (which it was, but I hadn't noticed). The email provided a link to the correct cartridge for my printer with discount codes and I placed the order in a matter of seconds. So easy and quick, and as promised I recieved the order the next day complete with invoice. As I said, faultless.”

“What can I say, needed a new colour laser multi function printer, so did the usual trawl of the net and settled on Brother unit. Printerland prices were good so I took the plunge. Had no real idea of the quality of service that they offered, but I must say that the service standard has been outstanding. The care and attention to the delivery process and the simple phone call to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. What a breath of fresh air in this modern world, they deserve your custom and I wish them every success.”

“I've been using Printerland for a while now, I've got a high end printer and a more everyday mono laser printer and both have been excellent, and the subsequent supply of toner Customer care and advice on buying the printer was excellent, the intial advice on the high end printer saved me a lot of time and money”

“My old colour laser printer died mid-afternoon. I found a perfect replacement at printerland.co.uk at a significantly better price than anywhere else, and including free next day delivery. I ordered the new printer at 4pm, and less than 24 hours afther the old one packed in, the new printer had been delived, was unboxed and running. You can't ask for much more than that. I'm very happy with the company's service and communication.”

“New printer arrived promptly and was well packaged. I needed help installing it - it’s very different from my previous one. Was fortunate to be put in touch with Andy, who was brilliant. Despite my limited knowledge with laser printers, his instructions were concise and easy to follow. He was endlessly patient when I made mistakes or misunderstood a direction - just remained encouraging and helpful. He maintained a cheerful and positive attitude throughout - a great asset.”

“I have been buying printers and toner cartridges from Printerland for a number of years now. The service is first class. In fact, I recently ordered toner one evening just after 5 pm and it arrived the following morning - absolutly amazing. Now I know many would say this level of service is exemplary.
