“Ordered a Brother MFC-J6955DW printer following research on Printerland's excellent website. During my investigations I used both the comparison feature and Printerland's messaging service to get advice on suitability. Having decided on the Brother machine I ordered it at 3.00pm on Monday, had a confirmation and dispatch note before 7:00am the next morning and the printer itself mid-afternoon Tuesday. Very much a next day service. Many thanks to the Team.”

“Just like to thank Printerland for supplying me with my second printer from them, their customer service, I found unique by calling me prior to shipping to check if the spec would be right for me, their reason, was to reduce returns. This makes perfect sense, the less returns, the more reductions on their products”

“Printerland was originally recommended to me by a friend a few years ago when I bought a Xerox printer. So far I have been very impressed with their service. Their agents are more than willing to offer guidance over the phone, such as when I was struggling to remove the cartridge. Ordering parts from Printerland is also easy and quick. In short, I would recommend Printerland.”

“Recently bought a Canon Maxify MB5150 Printer. I was impressed with the experience from search to purchase and aftercare. The best and easiest website to navigate, with good specifications and comparison, and the best price for the printer. I also wanted to buy from a company I could get in touch with if needed, so I was delighted to find such a helpful firm that kept in touch with me. Prompt delivery and easy to set up. I've yet to try out all the features, but it has easy-to-follow navigation. So very pleased with the printer.”
