“I've used Printerland for printers and toners for (probably) 10 years now and have always been satisfied. I have called when in doubt and always had knowledgeable guidance. Whenever I go back for something printer-related this is my destination. Trust me: I trust them!”

“We have used Printerland for printers and print supplies for over 5 years and have always found the staff to be knowledgeable about the products and the service has beeen excellent. Delivery is always very quick and their pricing is competitive (usually the cheapest) for genuine supplies. We've purchased 3 Colour MFP's accessories and replacement toners etc all without issue. I highly recommend Printerland”

“I always order my printers from Printerland. They know the products, they have very good availability and their prices are also highly competitive. I have got to know some of the sales staff and if a product is currently out of stock, they are always honest and keep me appraised. With this latest order, the printer went on back order and it was actually delivered two days later which was of huge help. Can highly recommend this supplier.”

“Printerland had the best price and stock availability for what I was looking for, I placed an order and they reached out directly and highlighted a better option (which had already been on my shortlist) and helped me do the maths to validate that it would be better for me longer term so great value add. Everything arrived on time and I was supported through registering for warranty also. Great service.”

“Always helpful with great advice next day delivery always 100%. I used to use them for purchases at my old company and took them with me as such going forward. Even had a call once to suggwst a different, better, cheaper and more efficient printer than I'd ordered. My go to for printing.”

“We found the purchase of a new Epson EcoTank printer from Printerland to be a very straightforward and successful process. A search of the great stock of printers on their website led us to enquire about a specific model which seemed to fit our requirements as a small Christian Bookshop business in Norfolk. The agent who answered the Live Chat helpfully pointed us to a recent, newer model of the one we were checking - with a better spec and slightly cheaper! As far as we could see re. the model chosen, Printerland's prices were very competetive. The on-line ordering was hassle free and the next day delivery by a reputable courier was faultless. A few days later, we appreciated a follow up email from Printerland to check all was well. Overall, a very satisfactory experience. Well done, Printerland.”

“I had researched what printer I wanted before even going to the Printerland site. Printerland had the item I wanted in stock, for a reasonable price and quick delivery. I placed the order and expected nothing more than confirmation the item had been dispatched. So I was very impressed to receive a call to double check the printer I ordered had the spec I was expecting. Very good service.”

“This is the third printer I have bought from Printerland. I am a repeat customer because of; wide range of printers from all the major brands very competitive prices, in fact I couldnt find anyone cheaper very rapid free delivery. Important if your existing computer has suddenly died and you are desperate for a replacement excellent service. You can talk to UK based people who know all about what they are selling rather than dealing with a call centre thousands of miles away. very professional and businesslike.”

“I recently purchased a Canon MAXIFY GX4050 from Printerland and couldn't be happier with the experience. Despite paying via PayPal—which caused a slight delay in the payment clearing—the team processed the order incredibly quickly the moment it was confirmed. The delivery was top-notch. The printer arrived in excellent condition, and having a specific delivery time slot made it very easy to ensure someone was home to receive it. What really stood out was the post-purchase support. I was able to apply for both the Canon cashback and the 3-year extended warranty immediately, and both were approved within 24 hours. To top it off, Printerland even contacted me after delivery to ensure everything was working correctly. It’s rare to see that level of proactive customer care these days. Highly recommended!”
