“I needed a replacement inkjet printer. Through research I had whittled the choice down to two. The assistant I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and reassuring which helped make the final choice of an Epson eco multi function very straightforward. The printer arrived on schedule and I am very pleased with it. On this experience I commend Printerland - excellent service.”

“Printerland is the epitome of customer service at its best. From a telephone call from them before despatching my order to check if there was a model more suitable for my needs (there was) to a call a few days after delivery to check everything was up to scratch (which, of course, it was) they have been excellent. I had trouble registering my warranty and they even did this for me over the phone (way above expectations and I am very grateful). Delivery was exactly on time without problems. Would I recommend them, 100%.”

“I found a printer and toner I wanted at the best price I could find online, only to be called back and given the option to purchase a higher specification model of the same brand with toner for even less! Amazing service. I now own a lightning fast printer that I wish I'd bought sooner!”

“I'm very pleased with the service from Printerland, with no complaints whatsoever. The price was excellent and very competitive with a brilliant delivery schedule. The Range of printers on offer was great and I was able to select the printer I needed without difficulty. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Printerland.”

“Really impressed! I placed an order for a Brother MFC-L3760CDW, the following morning I recieved a phonecall just talk through a few things and ask why I went with the Brother. The Printerland Rep raised a few points I hadn’t considered and recommended I look at the Xerox C235 instead with cheaper running costs. After taking a bit of time to look at the Xerox I decided to go with the recommendation instead. I phoned back in and the order was altered and the Xerox was dispacted the same day. My delivery arrived the following day in perfect condition and so far it’s been absolutley ideal for my needs.”
