“Really helpful customer service. Gave us a lot of advice before purchase and answered our questions and made it easy to make the purchase. As a small business, it’s important for us to make certain purchases with minimal issues afterwards, this was one of them as our business is dependent on it. Thanks Printerland.”

“Website was clear, 5-year warranty and £ 60 rebate was a bonus that you won’t get that on the high street, arrived as planed and setup was easy. Ecotak will be cheaper than cartridges so a good experience so far.”

“I was completely overwhelmed with the choice of printers available but called the sales team at Printerland who listened to my requirements and made a few suggestions. I settled on an Epson Workforce printer, which had a slightly higher cost per page than their first suggestion of an Ecotank but had the added benefit of A3 printing. I placed the order on their website and it arrived the next day. I was able to set it all up in less than 15 minutes and am delighted with how easily I can now print and scan. I wouldn't hesitate to get in touch with Printerland if I needed any more help with printers in the future.”

“Printerland keep large stocks of consumables, and the website makes it easy to work out which items are suitable for which printer. Pricing is competitive, and when they say next day delivery they mean it. I have used Printerland for over 5 years, and they have never let me down.”

“I decided to order a Xerox B230 late afternoon on Thursday 21 December. It was delivered by 11.5am on Friday 22 December. WOW - that's better service than Amazon Prime and the printer was cheaper as well. I gave myself an hour to unpack, set up both the printer and the wifi connection and print the first test page. I didn't need that long - 15 minutes was more than enough. Well done Printerland. You are now on my list of favourite suppliers.”

“Printerland are one of the few genuine sellers in the printer industry, I have dealt with them many times over the last decade and their service has always been first-class. All of my orders have been delivered by next-day service, and there's always a friendly voice to offer unbiased recommendations or technical advice. Would I use another supplier? I very much doubt it!”

“Had not heard of this company before but pleasantly surprised at the excellent service I received. Not something I'm used to these days and have already recommended them to others. “I find it a pleasure to deal with Printerland, they sold me an excellent Xerox laser printer/scanner and now provide me with supplies of toner. Their website is clear and easy to navigate and orders are quickly fulfilled. They use a sensible carrier which delivers goods undamaged and provides a tracking facility. The Printerland system of sending emails with a discount code discretely and pleasantly reminds you that they stand ready to meet your next order. I strongly recommend them.”

“For some time I have been looking for a new printer to replace my old HP6p laser. I wanted a colour laser that could print both sides of the paper, copy and scan. Printerland's website is very well set out and helped me to make an informed choice. I did have one query about compatability of the printer with Mac OS Sonoma, and I had a response on the same day. I ordered the printer by phone on the following day: I had an email response to confirm the order from Richard Gresty and it was delivered the day after that. Excellent service - I'm really pleased with the speed and efficiency shown by the advisor and the company. When the time comes I'll be ordering consumables from them too!”
