“Having read extensive reviews and guides before purchasing a new printer I came across Printerland, I'm so glad that I did. They had an extensive choice of printers to suit any and all budgets and gave me the ability to refine my requirements to the finest of details. The guides offered to help you choose the type of printer you need were a huge help considering the huge number of printers available. There were a few queries following my placing the order but a quick phonecall to Printerland and the queries were answered by the friendly customer service team without any hesitation. Having finally chosen the printer I wianted, I placed the order online just before 2pm and the printer was delivered literally 24 hours later!”

“I rang Printerland before my purchase to check a couple of details. The representative I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable enabling me to make my purchase with confidence. Delivery all good on time and as advertised. Very pleased with my Epson EcoTank ET-4856 printer. Wiish I’d discovered tank printers before - far more economical. And far better print quality than my previous HP – this despite running regular maintenance programmes. Overall great service.”

“Highly recommend this company. Customer service is second to none. Very helpful when choosing my printer and also very patient when I rang months later with a couple of technical issues. “After researching the item in question on the internet, I found Printerland to have a very competitive price. The main factor for going through Printerland was that the level of product information available was higher than on any other site. Additionally, they were the only ones who advertised that you can get an extra year warranty from Canon and gave the link to do so. That, for me, just shows that extra bit of customer focus, ensuring the customer gets everything they should with the product. For me, that's a great value to have as a company, therefore giving me the confidence, if I were to have an issue, the customer care would be great because you sense the culture they have within the company. The product itself arrived promptly, and the packaging was all in one piece and was easy to set up. They have people to help with set-up if needed, so I have full confidence in Printerland. I think I've found a new company for me to be loyal to.”

“An excellent service from Printerland. They called quickly to confirm my order after I placed it (as there are similar models with different features) and followed up with an email to make sure everything is okay with the printer delivered. A very rare, personal touch to customer service, which is really nice.”
