“Our previous printer was over a decade old, to the point where I couldn't remember the last time I could print a page without any jamming or ink issues, so when my family and I were in desperate need of printing and scanning documents, I thought to take a risk with Printerland, considering I had never bought anything from here before. To say I was pleased is an understatement. Not only could I find a printer that I was looking for, but I found it within my price budget as well. The helpful concise summary videos on the listings were a bonus as it made choosing a printer efficient. Delivery was also seamless and on time, and arrived in the best condition possible. I will definitely come back to this company in the future for any other purchases relating to this area of expertise!”

“Very pleased to have found this company. Pricing is better than most the delivery was very fast. Bought an Epson pro printer and have since bought additional ink cartridges. Highly recommend this company if you don't want to be messed about.”

“Ordered a Brother laser printer but some customers had noticed problems connecting to Mac computers. Unfortunately the Live Chat told me otherwise. A salesman phoned to suggest more reliable alternatives including extra toner costs. I chose one and emailed my order after 5pm. I had the printer the next morning and set it up in about half-an-hour with no problems. Very happy with the service and will have no hesitation ordering from them again. Well recommended.”

“I found the process of finding a device to purchase refreshingly straight forward. The device I chose turned out to be eol, and so Customer Services contacted me to exchange for a newer version at no extra cost. Overall I am delighted that I decided to go with Printer land.”

“The order went very smoothly and when I called to ask for advice the call was quick and professional and in a few seconds they were already able to give me advice. The delivery was in less than one day from the time I ordered. The printer is perfect for my needs and they took care also of sending me an email to check if I was happy with the order after a couple of days from delivery. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!”
