“We needed a replacement laser printer cartridge - we found just what we needed on the Printerland website and ordered it, it was delivered the next day as promised and fitted into the printer and away we went = excellent!!”

“What service. We've been dealing with Printerland for a few years now and we have bought several printers and of course, the consumables as we need them. The order to delivery is phenominal. “Excellent service. Shortly after placing the order online, I got a call to ensure that I knew the limitations of the printer I ordered (I did) which resulted in a discussion and suggestions for other competing products. I decided to stick with my original order which they then processed and delivered the next day. Haven't managed to get it out of the box yet but first class service so far. Can't be faulted.”

“As a company we needed a new printer which was reliable and quick for the amount of printing which is required in our busy office. Printerland was very helpful when questioning about the printer we had chosen. We purchase all our printer ink from Printerland and we have been provided with very efficient delivery of these. I would highly recommend!”

“A very fast high quality turn around on a printer product required for swimming event 48 hrs away. Printerland team went above and beyond and got our printer delivered with plenty of time. Arrived in excellent condition less than 24hr after ordering. Installed, configured and tested ready for action. Thank you to all for removing the panic when we needed a very specific printer at very short notice. And to top it off an excellent price to boot !!!”

“I have used Printerland several times for my work and home copiers. Just ordered a new printer for work but it was faulty. Spoke to them and they arranged collection the next day and sent out a replacement immediately. The person I spoke to (forgot his name, sorry) was so helpful; he arranged everything and kept me informed all the way through. Got the refund within 3 days too. Excellent customer service and will always be my go-to place for copiers.”

“Only recently came across Printerland, when looking for an OKI B412dn laser printer and was certainly impressed by their website. Gave all the info that I needed and was impressed to see all the options for a replacement cartridge according to the number of copies being printed. Then found that by registering it promptly with OKI, the printer qualified for a 3 year on-site warranty, so well pleased. Delivery was made the following day, so really good service as well, thank you.”
