“Despite having a PhD at my age, I find modern technology sometimes difficult to understand and photo-copiers is a typical example. My previous copier with no modern facilities ended its life and put to rest. So, as being still active both teaching and other voluntary duties a copier is of vital importance. However, looking at the internet there are simply loads of took at offering all sorts of advantages of choosing their model. I’m looking for An A4 mono. No longer require an A5 and mono as I have an incredible HP colour printer. So, I read all the information attached to each machine and the frequent technical words used, I really preferred to speak to a real person that would answer in real English. I chose Printerland and first explained exactly my needs, wireless, two sides and enlarge/reduce facility etc. I was in luck as the gent at the other end of the phone was polite and listened carefully to my needs. Then he made his recommendation a Xerox 315 which appeared to meet my needs perfectly. Delivery next day, unpacked and ready to go. Looking and reading all the instructions and viewing them easily online got hooked up to my router first. From then on all ending well, yes, a couple of attempts to get it right but the technology with the double sided and multiple pages – incredible and so time saving having to previous hand feed. Then tried out the other facilities – could not got wrong. So coupled with both top-class service where they take care to sell you the right product and not the most expensive could not have been better. Easy now to crash on thanks to Printerland. “i acquired a Canon printer /scanner MF752.When selecting the model, Printerland guided me away from a more expensive model as I would be buying functions I would not use. The printer came on time and works just as I need for my office use. Thank you!”

“A quick google search brought us to Printerland with plenty of choice and useful information. We ordered (late Friday, I think) and the printer arrived early next week . After a very easy setup, we were up and running. No problems. Good website, comms not required, a good product and a nice follow up email to check all is well. Happy Customers”

“Good advice provided on new printers and always had good service, with prompt next day delivery. On one occasion the courier messed up and Printerland were happy and quick to re-send new inks with another courier for next day delivery. “My recent experience of Printerland has been better than anticipated. After taking a long time trying to find the correct printer for my needs, I finally settled on one and ordered it online. The next morning I received communication by both phone and email to discuss the order. I spoke with a very helpful representative who suggested this printer was actually being discontinued, the printer consumables were expensive and he wouldn't recommend it. We discussed my specific needs and settled on a better choice and future toners would be a much more reasonable price. Printer was then ordered and arrived within days. Fantastic service and can't recommend them highly enough. I am very happy with the printer that has arrived!”

“Ordered weekend. Got a call before shipping checking if am sure and happy with printer I was buying and explaining various cost benefits etc. I liked this personal touch and the chat gave me confidence I had chosen correctly and item arrived the next day. Delivered well, unblemished box and it works. And a little bit of after care too to check all was okay. And it is rare I don't use amazon for this but it was notably cheaper than I was able to source it from there so to the the good service too means I'll check here again in future needs.”

“Excelent service, even called to check that we didn't want a slightly cheaper model as it had cashback and only a couple fewer features. They knew all feature details not just resellers. Printer arrived next day and works great. Fully recommend as an honest supplier not just out to get as much mney from you as they can. A breath of fresh air.”
