“I was aware of the printer I wanted to purchase and found Printerland via google search. I still used their compare button to find some other options which was really useful. The price was very competitive and gave you the option to also buy the correct cartridges if needed. The ability to purchase straight away online and then have the printer arrived just over a day later was great!”

“Dominic in partciular was very heplful with information and delivery to Northern Ireland for our new A3 Kyocera ECOSYS M4125idn printer. Everything was prompt and easy using communication via Printerland's web chat and email. Thank you.”

“Couldn't be happier with the service from Printerland. I phoned first with a couple of questions, phone answered in good time and queries sorted. Subsequently ordered online before 4:30pm, printer delivered the very next day. Couldn't be happier, best price too. Thank you Printerland.”

“I am the purchasing executive for a couple of hotels. We ordered some Brother printers for our front desk from Printerland and they arrived in perfect order and within a reasonable time frame too. We are very happy with the printers & would highly recommend Printerland. I was particularly impressed with the communication and aftercare that I had from Carl Barron. He told me about a special that Brother had at the time of purchase, to which I signed up to. Carl, answered all my questions and always got back to me with an answer when he did not have the answer, to hand. Well done Printerland! We will continue to use you for our computer/ cartridge needs, in the future. Kind regards D Lourenco”

“I ordered a new colour laser from Printerland and having had faithful sevice from my Brother printer, I ordered a new Brother printer. Printerland got in touch to advise me that the Brother I had ordered was not the mosr compatible with the iMac and other Apple products I was using. They suggested a Xerox C235 which was slightly cheaper and also smaller than the Brother. I agreed to the change and the Xerox arrived the following day. It was easy to set up and once the drivers were installed on the computer, everything works perfectly. The quality of the printing is great and the speed from pressing 'print' to the page emerging is rapid. So far all is going well and I could highly recommend Printerland to anyone looking for a new printer. Perhaps using the customer service people first may have got me to the correct printer earlier, but they did contact me to ensure I was getting the right printer for my purposes, so I was very grateful for that.”

“Very happy with the excellent helpful service from Printerland. I'd already researched colour laser printers and had an idea of the model I wanted. I ended up on Printerland website whose prices were seemingly the best I could find and ordered the Brother model of choice. I received a call from a J Smith shortly after just checking my order and he politely suggested an alternative model by Xerox might be a better choice for my needs and explained why for various reasons. He was absolutely right and the Xerox model came with better perks (a better warranty and a free black toner which need to claimed from manufacturer). He also gave me a very slightly better price than advertised. Just outstanding and helpful service which is rare these days. Ill return to Printerland for future needs and toner refills etc.”

“Bought a printer from a well know company and had nothing but trouble as they sent the wrong one. I then went to Printerland, they had great information on the type of printer I wanted and at a good price too. I was kept informed of the delivery and all went smoothly, I will definately be using Printerland again for the consumables.”
