“Excellent customer service. Rapid response, informative and useful telephone discussion. Person listened and understood our requirements, making helpful suggestions. “Can not fault printerland from the service we we're given, ordered an Epsom printer in the afternoon with additional ink bottles and received them the following day. We were kept informed of delivery status throughout by email from both Printerland and the courier, top marks.”

“The Printerland website is very easy to navigate and always has great offers and all the relevant info one might need to assess dimensions, speed, product colour (if relevant) and everything from pressing the order confirmation to delivery went smoothly and efficiently. We needed an A3 printer that didn't take too much space and for a small design studio. We struck gold! We managed to get an inexpensive trolley for it to sit on and its now discretely behind a curtain under the desk. Thoroughly recommend Printerland for their product offering, ease of use on website etc, pricing and service.”

“The service was quick and I was impressed. My printer ink ran out when I placed my order, and I was so glad when it was promptly delivered. I could not print any documents till it was delivered. I wasnt expecting the prompt service but I got such prompt service. I am glad for the prompt service. I will use your company again.”

“I Purchased my printer for my business through Printerland - The first one I bought actually turned out it wasn't going to be suitable for my needs and I wouldn't have known this had a member of staff not called me to discuss my order and my needs and advise me on a printer which would be more suited to my business needs. The printer is great and I recently ordered more black toner, and it was dispached and delivered very quick. I also received an email from Jack who made sure that I have received my order and I was happy with it. The customer service is great as are the products, would highly recommend.”
