“Printer Ink Direct after sales service was fantastic One of the cartridge's ordered was damaged, I sent them an e-mail and they reply saying a replacement is on its way which I received in days. Totally amazing service Thank you Printer Ink Direct”

“This site is a scam. They take your money and never deliver the product. They don't responded to email (this is the only way to communicate with them). Currently looking into what my legal options are. Avoid at all cost”

“Have always had excellent service. On this ocassion as well as routine repeat oredr I need to order additional single coloir cartridges which I could not find on the website product list No phone number shown on website, on line chats not responded to and two emails unanswered. Eventaully tracked down third party who had contact number for Printer Ink Direct and agreed to ask the to call me. Veryn prompt phone call surprised at website shortcomings, apologised and took additiona order over the phone provided details of how to rder in future. All orders arrived next day. Just need to make sure website contacts are properly available and contact methods actuwlly work. Will continue to happily use them in future.”

“This is a joke! I've sent several emails regarding my recent order - 10104550 which was for 4 x T0713 Magenta ink cartridges. When they didn't arrive within the 3-5 days promised I sent another email asking for update. When a package did eventually arrive (after 2 weeks) it had 4 x T0714 Yellow cartridges!! I'm still awaiting a reply to remedy this which I sent 3 days ago.”
