“Always order my ink cartridges from Printer Ink Direct. They arrived very quickly and were well packaged. The cartridges themselves fit my Epson printer perfectly and last a fair amount of time. Wouldn't go anywhere else for great priced, good quality compatible ink. Highly recommend and will be using again in the near future.”

“Toner cartridge arrived and was broken (spring was loose and toner cartridge was falling apart). Have now emailed about this 2 times and had no response- first email sent a week ago. Very poor quality item and worse customer service.”

“I would give zero rating if I could. This company is an utter disgrace. They advertise delivery as being between 1-3 days, I ordered on 13th April and it arrived today (1st May). No replies to several emails, no replies to requests to refund and no replies to my email asking them under no circumstances to send the item and to only refund as I was unhappy with this service. What did they do they sent it anyway!! Utter cheap rubbish! DO NOT BUY unless you want to be let down and robbed of your hard earned money.”
