“Received toner cartridges - compatible with my printer - installed and just get an error message. Went on their online chat - completely ignored the conversation - left it live for over 4 hours Sent email 2 days ago - still no reply Bad products and bad customer service Will be raising through PayPal and never using again Stay clear”

“Great at taking my order and money, and to be fair they delivered it quickly but my HP printer won’t work with these inks (or at least the ones I received) and I’ve tried contacting (3 emails and even the chat system) and nothing back to help….shame there’s no contact number too! I’m now stuck with ink I can’t use and and they still haven’t come back to me for help or returns…not happy at all.”
