“The cartridges I ordered had one faulty Magenta cartridge so I submitted a request form for the customer service team to offer some advice. The customer service team did not even reply to my request! In the end, I went to another company and purchased a Magenta cartridge which worked perfectly. So, if you buy from Printer Ink Direct, you will get a cheap product with no support!”

“I have always purchased "compatible" inks on-line as considerably cheaper than Epson's own make. However my old supplier seems to have vanished off the face of the Earth, so I took a punt on 'Printer Ink Direct'. I have found them to be excellent and they perform every bit as good as the real thing.
