“Mats weren’t delivered on the specified date, failed to notify us of the change in delivery arrangements- we had to cancel them find out where they were and they arrived over a week later then we scheduled”

“Mat arrived in poor condition as it was folded into a plastic bag and zipper was missing. It looked old and much used as a result. Good customer service response but I am unable to return as it is too large for me to manhandle. An expensive mistake.”

“Couple of delays in delivery. Arrived with tape clearly saying “inspect before signing’ but had zero chance of doing this On unwrapping there is a small nick/ cut to the mat we ordered but knowing we should ha e inspected before signing have not pursued with the vendor”
