“This was the most interesting and knowledgeable Paediatrics course I and my staff have been on. We found it easy to understand, the tutor made it fun, explained why we do things. We were allowed to ask questions and all answers were given time and time again. We will certainly use your company again. Thank you”

“Excellent customer centred care. I emailed to see if any kind of discount might be possible because I was purchasing on behalf of a charity. I had an extremely prompt and generous response. Next day delivery was excellent and the defibrillator itself was very easy to set up. Thank you.”

“when I first used you the guy I was dealing with was quite matter of fact, and not really interested in the order I had placed, he would not give me a approx date or time scale for the items orderd even though 3 weeks had lapsed, so I send an email to customer services and then got a very pleasent young lady, who goes above and beyond, she is always so helpful, and delivery is always quick when I deal with her, so she has made my experience of the co very good indeed. her name is Elley Perfect.”
