“The quality of the item I bought is very good and I am very pleased with it. I had to return it once as it was the wrong size. It is a gift and I could see from just looking it it would be too small. I tried usisng the web site to exchange it but found it very awkward to use. The options for wrong size are difficult to find. It would not let me progress to return as it asked if I had removed it from the packaging. I needed to open to packaging to check. I eventually rang the company and received excellent service. My exchange wass organised very efficently and i received the new size promptly once i had returned the orginal. It is only the difficult web site which stops me giving a five star. The telephone service is certainly five star and the woman who spoke to me was excellent, professional and reasssuring.”
