“Really poor quality”

“Website defaulted to incorrect order details. Delivery option not in time for Christmas. Edit order function does not allow a cancellation…. Just provides a 30min window to increase quantities. Emailed, but the auto reply said staff work LESS ahead of Christmas, not MORE. Nuts. Had to place a second order. Very poor service. Poor staff. Poor experience.”

“The packaging and presentation gave a strong first impression of quality. Unfortunately, the product itself did not meet expectations. The king-size duvet cover is far too large for a standard king-size duvet, causing it not to stay in place. After the initial use, a tear appeared along the seam, indicating that the fabric is too delicate and not fit for its intended purpose. Overall, this was a disappointing purchase.”

“I paid for next day delivery 10 PM Tuesday and received it at Friday lunchtime. I wouldn't expect it to be dispatched Tuesday but I would expect that it be dispatched so that it could be received Thursday. Customer support was not helpful and quoted T&C's.”
