“Very disappointed with the communication I received from customer services. I had to contact them as royal mail delivered my parcel but it wasn't at my property. They told me to write a note and leave it on the door for the postman and that they would contact royal mail on my behalf and then I never heard anything again.
I ended up going on a big hunt for my parcel as it was for a gift. After 5 days I managed to locate my parcel after knocking on pretty much every flat door in my estate.”
