“Unfortunately, the sunglasses I received appear to be fake. The model I ordered has metal frames, whereas the pair I received had plastic frames. I even compared them with the same model at Harrods and Selfridges to double-check, and the difference in materials was very obvious.
I was particularly surprised because Pretavoir’s shipping was extremely fast, and their customer reviews are generally very positive. I’m wondering whether a fake pair may have been returned by a previous customer and accidentally mixed in with Pretavoir’s genuine stock.
I waited until my return had been processed (you have to pay the postage for returns yourself) before leaving this review, just to make sure I wasn’t being scammed, so I’ll give Pretavoir credit for handling the return. Still, receiving what appears to be a counterfeit product was very disappointing and has understandably made me question the authenticity of their stock.”
“first contact was splendid. then i went into multiple orders and that is where you dropped the ball. it took forever to get simple questions answered. and to get through to your support or telephone numbers was next to impossible.
will say i was not impressed. even though some one eventually reached out to me and handled some of my issues that arise with multiple orders.”

“I bought these a little over a year ago. They are broken and unfixable. They were $420 then. They broke far too easy for being "nice" glasses. The glass scratches, the shinny black dulls quickly and scratches easy. Wish I bought Ray bans.... could have had 3 pairs of cheap sun glasses.”
“Very disappointed with the communication I received from customer services. I had to contact them as royal mail delivered my parcel but it wasn't at my property. They told me to write a note and leave it on the door for the postman and that they would contact royal mail on my behalf and then I never heard anything again.
I ended up going on a big hunt for my parcel as it was for a gift. After 5 days I managed to locate my parcel after knocking on pretty much every flat door in my estate.”
