The refund process is an absolute joke. They take 7 days from receiving the item back before processing the refund, which then takes between 3-5 working days to hit your account. Comms are awful, if they respond at all - avoid. There are better websites to buy your Sunglasses from, so choose wisely.

Avoid this company, they take your money sell you a frame that breaks within dates for refund only to force a gift card on you. Then don't have frames you try to buy with it. When you ask for your money as the first pair were not fit for purose force another gift card when you want to buy the frames elsewhere and then you can't.

Still waiting on sunglasses purchased on the 4th of March 24. Goods supposed to be delivered on the 27/3/24 in Sydney now enjoying an experience in Melbourne 9/4/24 via Starlinks Global. No way to contact the courier company and no response from Customer Service More noise from Crickets than customer service.

Sold me expensive but bad quality frames with rubber temples that unglued within 3 months. Ignored my emails about warranty coverage and frame replacement. Avoid spending money with them!

My God in heaven, what is your problem? I already left a positive positive review, you guys keep sending me emails asking for positive reviews again, I then sent the negative review because you guys keep sending me emails, hell, I've been getting mad at you for more than It's been a month since I bought glasses and you haven't stopped sending me emails.

These glasses get stuck on your hair at the panther in the side. It practically rips your hair off. Cartier won’t do anything about it.

Nightmare do not buy it’s a scam! Nightmare! Do not buy here! I’m from USA! They sent me empty box without glasses!!!! When I asked for help right away, sent the photos of empty box they sent me, their answer was very arrogant and they said that they can’t help me. Disgusting service. I spent thousand of dollars for this scammers! Stay away from them!

I’ve just gone to wear a pair of Oliver people’s sunglasses for the first time, that I bought back on 13.3.23. Im fuming as it is very clear that they are made of fake cheap materials from China and they don’t even have the logo on the arm. I paid 170.95 for a pair of sunglasses that i could have gone down a market and paid a tenner for. I’m disgusted, I thought this was a genuine site that I could trust?

Don’t buy!!!!! As soon as I tried to purchase - my PayPal started buffering at checkout and fraud with my account . Suddenly loads of fraudulent activity emails from PayPal came through asking if another device had permission to access it! No they didn’t. They scam you by letting you think you can use a variety of methods to pay, then they steal your identity and your account. Tried to alert my bank and PayPal at the same time - stressful!!! S

I bought two sunglasses as I could not find them in store and I want to try and see which one fits best. Although I read the whole section on the terms of service page and the delivery and returns policy, there was no information about no refunding on prescription lenses and more importantly, not receiving the original lenses of the sunglasses as I believe most of partners would do both. Also it was supposed to take 7 to 10 days to arrive and it took 3 full weeks! I was really disappointed with the service!

I took the same last week, and this is different, more expensive in value, and when it arrived, they charged the shipping company an amount of $ 30, and the quality is less than what I bought last week. This is less quality and more expensive in value.

Years ago i ordered gasses from pretavoir and was happy. I cannot express the my disappointment with my order. Claudia and Jenn refuse to listen to me and CONSTANTLY spoke on top of me. I was left speechless sad disappointed. I asked to speak to the supervisor and they would not let me do so. I am appalled at the lack of costumer service. I was unhappy that despite what they say in website the order takes a lot longer to complete. This is a misrepresentation. You do not state that the order will be with you in 7 days then turn around andstate that it will take up to 2 weeks as one needs to try the frames first. They give you a discount but then REFUSE to use it. THis company is sham I am afraid. Please STAY AWAY from them. This is not the last of my attempt to set justice. They are refusing to let me speak to a supervisor; my only other resort is to file with outside agencies. It is your duty to care for costumers and work professionally.

My order went astray through Royal Mail. The company refused to send me a replacement or a refund until THEY had been reimbursed by RM. I have never experienced a retailer who put themselves before their client. They don’t care in the slightest about their customers. It’s over two weeks and I have spent hundreds of pounds and still haven’t received anything. How they can actually think that this is acceptable I do not know. One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

I don't recommend at all. I ordered for the fist time. Wasn't happy with the quality. They don't have free return and the customer has to cover the return cost. I received an email from them saying they put my comment offline because it might affect their reputation. They don't value genuine feedback.

I purchased a pair of Swarovski eyewear from this company to convert into my everyday eyeglasses...But, when I get to the optical center with they sunglasses, they were very crooked...The center tried to straighten them as best they could but they're still a little crooked and uncomfortable to wear....I sent Pretavoir an email about the situation and received a response saying, that they find it strange that the optical center couldn't repair them..No apology! I reached out a second time by phone, I explained everything and that I had no choice but to get my prescription lenses put in those..I was told all they had to do was put some heat on them to correct the problem..I explained that they don't put heat to glasses here...I finally said, hey I was really looking for an apology because I have to be uncomfortable in these crooked glasses for a year...Then she apologized...Then I received an email stating that I said the optical center fixed them and I was happy with my glass, fake new, I never said either statement which prompted me to tell my experience with this company...very sad...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am surprised at how many good reviews they have, they must be fake. My experience was a little different, It took them over 25 days to get my glasses out to me. Do not believe that everything is in stock on the website because it is not. Customer service were rude and unhelpful.
