Unfortunately the colour frame I wanted was no longer available, I was contacted straight away offering alternative or a refund, I went with an alternative colour, the customer care team let me try the frames to ensure i was happy with them. “I’ve been ordering my glasses from Pretavoir from here in the States for more than 10 years now, and the experience has been flawless. Their choice of frames is fantastic. What amazes me most is that I’ve never had to take a single pair in for an adjustment—they always fit perfectly. I only wish it were safe to order progressive or multifocal lenses internationally, but I completely understand why those require an in-person fitting. Still, for everything else, they are my absolute go-to!”
