“Ordering was easy. Hampers looked lovely- we hope one we sent looked like the pictures on the net. Our only issue was we ordered it mid August to be received on the 16th September. It wasn't received until the 18th. We understand it was sent by mail which we take responsibility for choosing. Guess we just thought you would allow for that in determining when it was dispatched. Would still use your firm again.”
