“Didn't deliver on time, pointed me to small print stating that Centsl Scotland mainland is not guaranteed delivery as too far from distribution centre. Money was taken for a specisl occasion gifts including set day delivery postage. postage code clearly given but no warning except in small print. Then they didn't care.”

“This hamper was a gift, the people who received it were very pleased. The only small gripe I have is it didn't arrive until 17.10 on the date due, but this is to do with the carrier.”
