“They failed to deliver on selected date blaming the courier and that we weren't close enough to distribution centre, however they didn't dispatch in enough time for the 2hampers to arrive, nor did they communicate that it would be late. The small print says delivery is not guaranteed so be careful, they also failed in customer service.”

“Didn't deliver on time, pointed me to small print stating that Centsl Scotland mainland is not guaranteed delivery as too far from distribution centre. Money was taken for a specisl occasion gifts including set day delivery postage. postage code clearly given but no warning except in small print. Then they didn't care.”
