“I ordered a birthday hamper for my brother. It arrived on time and he was well chuffed! When he contacted me to say thank you he'd already scoffed the chocolate....it must have been good!”

“Absolutey rubbish! Would never use them again. Terrible Customer Service and flowers didnt arrive for 5 days after requested date but nothing they could do!”

“Unfortunately, despite pre ordering weeks in advance to ensure plenty of time, my brother’s 60th birthday gift was delivered a day late! Disappointing as I live in Australia & my brother in the UK. It ruined the surprise. Irrespective, I will continue using PH as the product is excellent & website easy to navigate.”
