“Absolutey rubbish! Would never use them again. Terrible Customer Service and flowers didnt arrive for 5 days after requested date but nothing they could do!”

“Unfortunately, despite pre ordering weeks in advance to ensure plenty of time, my brother’s 60th birthday gift was delivered a day late! Disappointing as I live in Australia & my brother in the UK. It ruined the surprise. Irrespective, I will continue using PH as the product is excellent & website easy to navigate.”
