“I ordered 2 separate Christmas hampers after reviewing the website for some time and trying to determine whether they genuinely represented value for money at the advertised "special offer" prices. The website was easy to navigate and use. I was a little disappointed that delivery wasn't free given the sum being spent and the fact that both items were going to the same address. I was able to specify when I wanted the items to arrive (3 days after ordering) and the best part of the service was that they were delivered together by Royal Mail as expected. Incidentally, next day delivery would have incurred additional premium charges.The quality of the hampers looks good but I doubt I would have purchased at full price.”

“When I ordered this hamper it was priced as £29.99. As I arrived at the checkout page, the price had changed to £30.49 (plus £5.99 delivery!!!). Somewhat unsatisfactory. It is not fair to increase the price of the goods in the time it takes you to order it on-line, and - if you order a hamper, you would expect it to be delivered wouldn't you????”
