“I expected the gift hamper would be delivered by your staff nothing was mentioned that delivery was by Royal Mail !”

“I have just spent hours on your site ordering 3 items after sorting out your having my 4 year old address still in your records, resetting passwords. I find you have not ordered the 3 but only 2! get your act together please!!!!!”

“The hamper was wonderful. It made a wonderful gift for my son's birthday. the delivery was great he received it the day he was supposed to and early that day. Everything to my satisfaction was in the box. but the only thing I was a bit disappointed about was there was no glass. Not sure if I saw it in the description, but it was in the picture. Other than that will use Prestige Hampers again when needed. Especially because I ordered it from another country, to have it sent to him in London.”

“The small cheese and chutney hamper I ordered for my mothers birthday arrived on time and was as described. My mother was delighted with the hamper and although expensive for the small cheeses and chutney jars it contained, she said she prefered lots of little ones as she lives alone and prefers quality over quantity! I asked if she would like something like this for xmas and she said yes. I shall be buying her a much larger hamper of small cheeses etc. for her xmas.”
